Harbour Condos is an intimate, 11-storey boutique building featuring 75 thoughtfully designed suites set above resident amenities and ground-floor retail. Expansive terraces, balconies, and walls of glass create a seamless connection to the surrounding views — from Macassa Bay and Bayfront Park to the downtown skyline.

The brand reflects the energy of life along the waterfront, aligning with the vision to create both a community and a place to retreat. The logo suite features custom lettering with notched forms suggesting a subtle wave within the primary wordmark. Complementary submarks were developed for GPS location and address applications, along with graphic patterns inspired by a modern nautical theme.

Funktional led creative direction and collaborated closely with the project team, including Canlight (Developer), KNYMH Architects, Jill Greaves Interior Design, and Adhoc Studio (Renderings).

The website is a treasure trove of information — offering a deep dive into area amenities, residential details, and the story of life along the bay. Beautiful photography, evocative copy, and integrated video draw users into the experience, while neighbourhood maps and amenity highlights help them navigate and connect with ease. Immersive yet intuitive, the site captures the essence of Harbour living — where city energy meets the calm of the waterfront.
