Harbour Condos is an intimate boutique building with 75 thoughtfully designed suites over 11 levels set above resident amenities and retail offerings at ground level. Terraces, balconies and walls of glass create a constant connection with stunning views of Macassa Bay, Bayfront Park, and the downtown skyline.

The brand was designed to reflect the energy of life along the waterfront aligned with the client’s vision to create a community and a place to play and retreat. The logo suite features custom lettering with notched letterforms to suggest a subtle wave in the primary wordmark. Custom marks were created for the submark, GPS location and the address, along with patterns for a modern nautical theme.

Funktional provided the creative direction working closely with Canlight, the developer; KNYMH Architects; Jill Greaves Interior Design; and Adhoc, the renderings studio.

The robust website is a treasure trove of information, and provides a deep dive into the area amenities, residential details, neighbourhood and amenity maps, videos, beautiful photography, and evocative copy that invites users to interact and connect.
