Funktional led creative direction and collaborated closely with the development team — Valour & Allan Developments, Simgraf (renderings and fly-through video), and Regina Sturrock Design (interiors).


The logo features timeless serif letterforms with a gentle wave in the “E,” a subtle nod to lake life, and a “bluebird of happiness” perched on a point — an ode to one of the area’s beloved attractions, birdwatching. A cohesive logo suite extends seamlessly across touchpoints.
The brand build-out includes print and digital collateral that marries organic details, a soothing colour palette, and imagery evoking the slower pace of coastal living — connection to nature, calm, and community. Funktional also designed the entrance and wayfinding signage throughout the neighbourhood to complete the experience.

The Bluepoint website allows buyers to explore available lots and home plans, browse exterior colour series, and choose accent combinations — offering personalization within a unified coastal vision.
The site itself is a treasure trove of information about the area, highlighting nearby beaches, towns, conservation areas, golf courses, wineries, markets, marinas, and more. Despite its depth, the content remains beautifully organized and easy to navigate — creating a welcoming digital experience that captures the spirit of life along Ontario’s Blue Coast.
